7:30 AM Breakfast / 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Seminar

The world of Indemnities, Hold Harmless, Risk Transfer, Insurance Certificates, Additionally Insureds, and Contract Flow-Down can be daunting. From the Owner's Initial Requirements to the General Contractor negotiating these Requirements; to the General Contractor drafting its Requirements to the Subcontractor, everyone is trying to transfer risk to the next tier.

Insurance Experts from Conner Strong & Buckelew (James M. Hanrahan), Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Mark Purfield), Odell Studner (Wayne Crowther), and Widerman & Associates (Dan McCutcheon) will lead us through real world situations and examples of the importance of Risk Transfer. Each will represent the viewpoint the tiered players (From Owner to GC to Subcontractors and Suppliers).

They will role play and discuss acceptable contract clauses and when to push back and the implications of each.

We welcome anyone interested in learning more about the South Jersey Chapter of CFMA to come out and join us for this presentation.

This event will provide 2 CPE credits if the field of specialized knowledge and applications for CPA's licensed in NJ and PA.  This is a group - live course at the basic level.  No prerequisites or advanced preparation is required.
