The most common age groups in the American work force are the 52-54 age group and the 25-27 age group.  With the large gap in these age groups, companies find it difficult to structure incentive plans to meet the diverse goals of all employees.  Attracting and retaining quality employees at all levels of your organization, including current and future executives, is critical to the success of your business.

Our speakers will provide an overview of tools and techniques available to achieve the goals of both the company and its employees, including retirement programs, wealth management, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans, stock option plans, phantom stock plans, appropriate company structure, succession planning, employee stock ownership plans, and other executive compensation tools.

Properly structured plans allow employers to attract and retain the employees they need ensure their business is successful.
