New Accounting Standards - Revenue Recognition, Leasing, and Private Company
What is changing? When is it changing? And, how will it impact the contractor?
The construction contractor’s financial statements will be impacted by new accounting pronouncements. This program will answer some key questions and start you planning for implementation. The long awaited revenue recognition standard is about to be issued. The program will discuss the key points, expected effective dates, and what impact it is expected to have on your financial statements. The leasing standard’s exposure draft comment period ended with significant industry reaction. The program will discuss the current status, likely next steps, and what you should be planning for. In addition, the FASB is considering proposals for changing private company financial statement disclosures. The program will cover the proposals, their impact to the contractor, and when final decisions are expected.
NOTE: Please ignore the "simple pricing" reference (that is a system work-around)
